First, Olive green is the new black. Second,  the shirt dress is all the rage. Thirdly, Banana Republic has really gripped my heart lately with its renewed feminine yet edgy style. Not to mention I was seeing this piece all over social media donned by the most fashionable (a list of bloggers that rock this look below my own photos). It was love at first sight! So when I saw it on sale for the first time, I snatched it without hesitation because I know this will make the best casual Friday outfits!
